I thought whiskey in Ireland really only came from three distilleries: Bushmills, Middleton (Jameson) or so? Pearse Lyons is not on https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irish_whiskey ...?

This is a new distillery that has just opened to the public at the end of last month.
