Pleasant, nice balanced toffee and freshness. Creamy finish.

Light herbal notes but pleasant sweetness on the nose. Intense toffee flavours with a little peppery twist, gives way to a refreshing finish, letting the sweetness slowly subside.
Is this not single cask, or "married" cask?
