Rich dark fruity on the nose, lovely sweet. Lovely deep caramel colour. Palette: Cinnamon, sweet, honey, sherry is very present. Finish is really like having just eaten a Christmas pudding with brandy cream. Very impressive flavour depth. One of my favourites so far, just because it's so deep and flavoursome.
