Massive cherry, and chewy. It's creamy on the taste, then some more sherry and meatiness. It has a long finish, with more sherry, dried oranges and pepper.

Sweet, but vanilla and loads of sherry. The finish is long, warm, and oaky. A drop or two of water, makes it creamier, but the full on sherry is still there. It also makes the finish longer lasting sherry-y, and a few hints of pepper show up.

Still as nice as last time. I am getting a bit more raisins out of it, together with the sherry.

Wow. Flavour explosion. Warm sweet cherry. Full of dark berries and very meaty. It is a little bit oily on the palate. A little bit of pepper in the long finish.
