Heavy on the peat. But with some butterscotch and candied orange. The finish is warm and long and smoky. Perhaps a hint of medicinal notes.

Loads of peat. Lightly caramel but mostly peat and peat. But there are other more subtle hints of crisp apple and some medicinald. Its flavours come out better with a drop of water, but only a little and I wouldn't add as many as 3 drops.

Smooth. Sweet and salty on the palate, packing quite a punch of peat. The finish is a bit weak, with some hints of peppery things. And probably the 48%.
