Buttery texture. Grassy, green apple and a hint of woodyness. The finish is medium long and peppery.

Custard, juicy apples and pears. Creamy and buttery. With a drop of water a little of the harshness melts away bringing out the vanilla in the custard better.

Strong, spicy. I think it needs a bit of water.

Sugary on the nose. Summery and breezy, a touch of vanilla. Pleasant and refreshing, and a long interesting light creamy finish. Quite complex. Bonus points: it was distilled before I was born.
