Second tasting. New creamy & floral flavours coming through this time. Touch of wood, I think I'm starting to pick up sherry cask flavours (I still probably couldn't do a blind taste test though!). A long finish, with a late very subtle hint of coffee and salt, but still very creamy and sweet. Water dulls the exciting flavours.
