Nose: Sweet, mint. Taste: Ginger spiced, all spice, cumin, cloves and a little cinnamon. Sweet citrus and pink pepper. Finish: gets spicier over time. Has some dry notes. Long finish. With a drop of water it's a little silkier and less of a flavour rollercoaster, so don't bother with the water!
