This 'distillery' should be used when the distillery of a specific dram is not known.

Cadenhead's own bourbon cask, bottled directly in the shop. This is "Cask 4", a Lowland 58% Bourbon Cask. Bottles at full cask strength. Cask 4 is the lightest of all the casks due to the malting process for the barley, no peat is used to dry the malted barley then distilling 3 times adds a soft fruity tone the malt. As with any of our 1842 casks you will find it difficult to pin down one distillery flavour but you will taste something familiar in each of the casks that reminds you of your favourite light style whisky.

This rich, rounded Scotch whisky is a blend of carefully selected malt and grain whiskies from some of Scotland's finest distilleries. It is aged in oak casks to give it a complex character.

A blend of no less than 8 single malt whiskies.

Distilled by an unknown distiller for Crabbie, which reopened its distillery in 2018. This is not their own distillation.

A cask end of a 17 year old Cuban rum.

Glasgow-based independent bottler Douglas Laing & Co Ltd has developed a range of blended malts under the 'Double Barrel' banner. Each comprises a vatting of two single malts, with apparently contrasting styles. In this case the heavily-peated Islay malt of Ardbeg meets the more urbane and mild-mannered Speysider Craigellachie.

Matured in Bourbon and Sherry casks.

Although there is no distillery at Finlaggan Castle, this ancient home of the 'Lord of the Isles', lends its name to one of the islands finest malt whiskies. The real distillery of this whisky is unknown.

Finished in sherry casks.

The House of Lords whisky is matured in the finest oak sherry casks. It has been matured and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail.
